These 45 degree chisels have lower cutting angle that is great for trimming end grain. These cranked-skew chisels have offset handles which provide clearance when working into tight areas.   they also let you work with the blade flush on the work piece for flush-trimming applications. preventing digging into the work piece. Sold as left  right angled pairs.
