• These Japanese Okatsune No. 306 shears are great for general purpose thinning for use as harvesting shears as well. The tips of the shears are blunted  the blades of these snips are uniquely forged from very high quality Japanese Izumo Yasuki steel. making the cutting edges sharp long lasting. gives nice smooth cuts when used. These trimmers are also good for other various tasks such as floral pruning thinning. leaf trimming. deadheading. general purpose snipping.
